Today’s menu
Breakfast: Free coffee at work.
Lunch: Leftovers from last night with 2 pieces of bread and small amount of chicken.
Dinner: Chicken sandwich. Again.
Notes: on day 3, I notice that I’m hungry 2 hours sooner in the day as a result of no breakfast. I also note that I’m actively planning meal times to avoid being hungry instead of just eating when I want.
Cheats: Butter on toast.
